Shipping

Orders will be shipped using one of the following couriers: Knutsford Express, Tara Courier, DHL or Doorway Express. Currently Tara, DHL and Doorway Express only delivers to addresses in the Urban areas. While items being shipped via Knutsford Express will be sent to the closest Knutsford Express Location. 

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We currently only ship within Jamaica, in Urban areas excluding P.O. Box Addresses. 

 

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders of $30,000.00 and over, within a 20 miles radius of our store. For orders under $15,000.00, we charge $1,000.00 for local delivery. Deliveries are made from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM on Mondays – Saturdays. We will contact you via a phone call on the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day and time of our arrival. 

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees and wait times with free local pickup at 1138A Fairfield Road, Catherine Hall, Montego Bay, St. James. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 20 min – 4 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM on Mondays – Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

Shipping Costs

Free delivery is available for all orders $30,000.00 and over, outside of our local delivery zone. This applies for items weighing 50lbs or less. For orders under $30,000.00, there is a flat shipping rate. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 1 day of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@japexpressja.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 2 days after delivery on certain items if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us immediately at support@japexpressja.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
